- If you need to cancel your appointment or session, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session.
- In case of cancellation, no refund will be provided. However, you may reschedule the appointment for a later date and time, subject to availability.
- To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before the original scheduled session.
1.2. Cancellation by Nutrition and NLP Guide:
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date and time.
- If you are unable to attend the rescheduled session, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Refund for Non-Attendance:
- If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation or notice, no refund will be provided.
12.2. Refund for Dissatisfaction::
- We strive to deliver high-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the session or service provided, please contact us within 15 days of the session to discuss your concerns.
- Depending on the circumstances, we may offer you the opportunity to book another session free of charge within 15 days.
